I tailor my treatments to suit you as a complete individual. If you see any options here that you would like included in a treatment, then please ask.
I do not use the oil from Zone Face Lift, but have wonderul nourishing products I use to suit your skins 'phase' , because we are all different.
I also use facial tools, including Gua Sha & crystals, facial tools, plus gentle facial cupping in my treatments. Each treatment is never the same with me.
A course of 6 treatments is recommended to see results of a reflexology treatment
Your first appointment is 90 minutes to include a consultation. Followng treatments 60 minutes

Facial reflexology encouraged me to find out more about the skin, and has helped me to understand the skin at a much deeper level. I am passionate about natural beauty, so I only offer natural, uplifting facials in my practice. I am also a advocate of Weleda & so practice as a Weleda well-being advisor.

We'll get the opportunity to meet each other, I'll ask some health & lifestyle questions, assess the skin, & allow you to sample some products. I'm a true believer that beauty begins from the inside, out.

Facial Disclaimer: Important Treatment Information
If you have received Botox or Facial Fillers, a treatment cannot go ahead following the three weeks from receiving it. If you have undergone Face Lift surgery, a treatment cannot go ahead until three months after the operation, and six months if there have been any complications/infections.

Body Massage
I offer massages solely to help you relax. I do not offer sports massage, or deep tissue massage. The aim in all my treatments, as well as the products I use, encourage the body, mind & soul back into balance. What I mean by this, is that I use bio dynamic, holistic products designed to help the body back into balance, alongside treatments that compliment them. I treat you as a 'whole, after all we are all nature!
